Applied Innovation is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a crucial role in generating new qualified sales opportunities. This position involves making phone calls to cold companies—those with which we have had no prior activity or interest—as well as cross-selling to current clients. The SDR will be responsible for passing these qualified opportunities to our sales team for closure. This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and does not require any travel. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload effectively, ensuring that all prospecting goals and targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The SDR will also be tasked with updating and managing CRM data to ensure accuracy, which is essential for driving and increasing the effectiveness of our sales efforts.
