About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at DISH is responsible for selling Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers through a consultative approach. This role focuses on inbound sales, allowing representatives to leverage their communication skills to influence customer decision-making without the pressure of cold calling. Responsibilities

• Successfully sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers using the ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making
• Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value
• Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals
• Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as a sales contributor
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Document customer information including demographic, billing, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma; college graduates preferred
• Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
• Must have open availability to work provided schedules
• Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
