About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Advanced Computer Solutions plays a crucial role in connecting businesses with IT solutions to address their challenges. This position focuses on lead generation, making outbound calls, and qualifying prospects to set up meetings for Account Executives. The SDR is the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand the value of the company's services and ensuring their IT needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100-120 outbound calls per day to uncover prospects who need our services.
  • Qualify 10-15 leads per week.
  • Set up 5-7 meetings per week for Account Executives.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback and help refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • A track record of success in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
