About the position

Saltalk is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead our sales development team and help us achieve our revenue goals. As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of SDRs who are tasked with identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments with potential customers. Your role will involve overseeing the sales pipeline, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and providing coaching and mentorship to your team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. In this position, you will manage the sales pipeline, which includes lead generation, lead qualification, and lead nurturing. You will analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that the team is always on track to meet its goals. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential as you work together to develop targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with potential customers. As a leader, you will provide coaching and mentorship to your SDRs, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their sales targets. You will also monitor and report on the performance of the SDR team, providing regular feedback and guidance to foster a high-performing sales environment. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, will be a critical aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, lead qualification, and lead nurturing.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to SDRs to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a management or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in the food industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
