About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Private Label MFG is responsible for following up on warm leads, upselling, cross-selling, and converting potential customers into actual customers. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills. The SDR will engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, texts, and emails, to drive sales and contribute to the company's revenue and brand image.

Responsibilities

  • Make 200+ voice calls, emails, and texts daily.
  • Contact existing customers for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Reach out to potential customers from leads.
  • Convert leads to customers through outbound/inbound calls and emails.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through prospecting.
  • Move solid leads through the sales process and connect them to a salesperson.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit.
  • Hone skills to increase performance and income opportunities.
  • Contribute to the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

Requirements

  • Proven sales, cold calling, customer service, or marketing experience.
  • High level of drive to succeed in sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce sales processes.
