Incorporated in 2003, our proven Recruitment and People Management processes have been instrumental in clients scaling their teams and expanding their business globally. We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team.

  • Responsible for new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. (end-to-end sales)
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and Social Media.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc.) and key decision-makers.
  • Set up appointments or calls between prospective clients and explain our services.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the prospect through the entire sales process. (follow-ups and scheduling/rescheduling meetings)
  • 2-4 Years of experience in Inside Sales
  • At least 1 year of IT Services/SaaS/Staffing sales experience.
  • Experience in Cold calling, Email, and Social Media outreach
  • Experience in using CRM and other sales tools.
