The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ZIMBIS Cubex LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the Regional & Corporate Sales team to drive the growth of ZIMBIS Solutions. The primary objective of this position is to generate leads that will assist the outside sales team in achieving the company's sales goals for ZIMBIS products. This role involves a significant amount of outreach, including making approximately 60 calls per day to tradeshow leads, targeted marketing campaigns, and cold call prospecting. The SDR will utilize existing Salesforce databases and search engines to create call lists for specific geographic areas, setting appointments for outside sales managers. In addition to lead generation, the SDR will represent ZIMBIS at conferences, schedule on-site appointments and webinars for the sales team, and collaborate closely with sales executives to plan and execute effective sales campaigns. Maintaining customer retention lists and completing assigned marketing campaigns are also key responsibilities. The SDR will track all ZIMBIS opportunities created through Salesforce.com and communicate daily with the sales team to capitalize on selling opportunities and leverage partnerships. Proficiency in multiple software systems, including Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office, is essential for servicing accounts effectively. The SDR is expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all ZIMBIS products, providing superior customer service and addressing customer concerns promptly. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. The SDR will also be responsible for implementing feedback and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.
