About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Creative Realities Inc. is responsible for managing inbound leads and conducting outbound sales prospecting. This role focuses on engaging B2B buyers, presenting the company's value proposition, and nurturing new sales opportunities through various channels. The SDR will work closely with sales teams to prioritize target accounts and ensure effective communication and follow-up with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and key prospective contacts.
  • Research business challenges of companies and contacts using various data sources.
  • Contact new prospects daily through various channels and articulate the company's value proposition.
  • Work with sales makers to navigate their target list to secure meetings.
  • Clean up account data within CRM for target accounts.
  • Research pertinent account details, including current hardware and software deployed.
  • Utilize previous project/quote details to identify outreach opportunities.
  • Work with reseller partners to create warm introductions to contacts.
  • Listen in on sales calls to learn about customer questions and responses.
  • Execute strategic prospecting campaigns via phone, email, social, and direct mail.
  • Maintain and manage leads coming inbound via various sales inboxes.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with targeted buyers' personas.
  • Nurture and develop interest to identify qualified sales opportunities.
  • Utilize social media for business development purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes on interactions within the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly targets for setting meetings.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in sales, inside sales, inbound and/or outbound, or business development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to make cold calls and connect with new people.
  • Commitment and accountability for attaining goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with digital signage solutions and B2B sales processes.
