About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Facsimile Communication Industries, Inc. is responsible for generating interest in the company's services through proactive outreach to potential customers. This role is crucial for scheduling initial discovery calls and managing a personal book of accounts, contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Raises awareness and generates interest in Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Schedules initial discovery calls for Account Managers.
  • Meets or exceeds assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails.
  • Social sells and prospects daily, continuously identifying new accounts and potential clients.
  • Manages own book of accounts and sets the strategy for effective book management.
  • Provides constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement.
  • Collaborates with team members to share and learn from best practices.
  • Maintains records on the companies CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and keeps up to date metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed.
  • Strong interest in sales is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and tackle challenges.
  • Extremely coachable with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.

Benefits

  • Compensation with an OTE of $90,000.
