About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Abstrakt Marketing Group is responsible for conducting research and making B2B cold calls to identify key decision makers within client markets. The SDR will set up meetings on behalf of clients and manage a pipeline of targeted contacts while adhering to sales metrics and goals. This role requires collaboration and in-person interactions within a vibrant office environment, with the opportunity for remote work after a certain tenure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and collect data about target markets.
  • Make B2B cold calls to identify key decision makers.
  • Deliver client-specific messages to decision makers.
  • Set up meetings/appointments on behalf of client companies.
  • Manage the activity of each account and adhere to sales-driven goals.
  • Maintain a pipeline process of different levels of targeted contacts.
  • Assist in designing and creating a client database.
  • Provide input into the development of creative materials such as scripts and letters.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for effective cold calling.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales metrics.
  • Experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and managing databases.
