About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Amplify HR is a key role focused on driving revenue growth through lead generation and qualification. This position involves conducting outbound cold calls, setting appointments for the sales team, and effectively communicating the value of Amplify HR's services to potential clients. The SDR will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and will be expected to meet monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set up appointments with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all lead interactions in Salesforce.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development.
  • Be present in our Northbrook, IL office three days a week to foster collaboration and team synergy.

Requirements

  • Two years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and articulate the value of our services.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
