As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at DISH, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. This position is focused on selling Boost Infinite wireless products and services, utilizing a consultative approach to influence customer decision-making. You will engage with both new and existing customers, ensuring that their needs are assessed and met with the best value offerings available. The role is entirely inbound, meaning you will not be required to make cold calls, allowing you to focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow your career within a company that generates over $17 billion in revenue. You will be responsible for documenting customer information, managing your time effectively, and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges. Your ability to maintain focus on larger goals while adapting to new methods will be crucial in achieving success in this position. The SDR position offers a competitive compensation structure, including a base pay of $15.75 per hour plus uncapped commission. Top performers have the potential to earn significantly more, with target compensation around $64,000 per year. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote within your first year, leading to increased title and pay. Responsibilities

  • Successfully sell Boost Infinite products and services to new and existing customers using the ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value
  • Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals
  • Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as a sales contributor
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information including demographic, billing, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
