Responsibilities

  • Successfully sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers using compelling offers.
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value.
  • Demonstrate resilience and maintain focus on larger goals despite challenges.
  • Effectively manage time and be open to learning new sales methods.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Document customer information including demographics and billing details.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in one of the Direct Sales facilities.
  • Open availability to work provided schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Possession of a smartphone or other device with an active network connection.
