Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage initial outreach to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and service reviews for the sales team with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track outreach and pipeline progress.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Represent Ally Waste's core values in all interactions with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed goals.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
