About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Visionary Literary, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our ghostwriting and book publishing services. This fully remote position is designed for self-starters who are eager to take charge of their success. You will be provided with leads, scripts, and the necessary tools to excel, but it is your responsibility to approach each day with a hunger for achievement. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, where earnings are directly tied to individual effort and results. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outbound outreach through cold DMs, voice chats, and emails to schedule new appointments with potential clients. You will be expected to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals, while also identifying customer buying trends and reporting these insights to management. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system is essential for tracking leads, prospects, and opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold DMs, voice chats, and emails to source and schedule new appointments using provided lead lists.
  • Hit (or surpass) daily, weekly, and monthly expectations for calls and outreach.
  • Identify customers' buying trends and provide reports to management.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with prospecting, cold outreach, and closing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with successful business professionals.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cold calling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
