About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is a critical role within our sales team, located in Texarkana, AR. The primary goal of this position is to generate 15 demos and create $125,000 in opportunities each month. As an SDR, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and emails, presenting our company and its offerings, and identifying client needs to recommend appropriate sales demos. This role requires a proactive approach to managing your pipeline in Salesforce (SFDC) and ensuring that you meet the daily call quota of a minimum of 100 calls. In this position, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with our products, goods, and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. You will need to convey a team player attitude and fully adhere to our formula of success, which includes maintaining a positive attitude, discipline, a sense of urgency, a high level of commitment, and employing solution selling techniques. Open communication with your manager is essential, especially regarding tardiness, personal matters that may affect work performance, and the need for assistance or new ideas. You will also be responsible for properly updating Salesforce and Outreach on a daily basis, vetting every lead you engage with, and ensuring that all leads are followed up on promptly, ideally within 24 hours. Adherence to company policies, processes, and metrics is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Manage pipeline in SFDC
  • Make a minimum of 100 calls a day
  • Stay up-to-date with general knowledge of products, goods, and services
  • Set 15 demos and $125,000 in opportunities per month
  • Convey a team player attitude
  • Adhere to the formula of success (Attitude, Discipline, Sense of Urgency, Level of Commitment and Solution Selling)
  • Practice open communication with Manager
  • Properly update Salesforce and Outreach daily
  • Vet every lead that you touch
  • Have strategic conversations and gather required information on every call
  • Follow up on all leads as soon as possible, no longer than 24 hours
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and metrics
