About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Brevium plays a crucial role in driving patient engagement for healthcare providers through innovative technology. This entry-level position focuses on building a pipeline of potential clients by making cold calls, sending personalized emails, and collaborating with Account Executives to set quality meetings. The SDR will engage in continuous learning and improvement while contributing to the company's mission of enhancing patient care and practice operations.

Responsibilities

  • Make 30-40 cold calls and send 30-40 personalized emails daily.
  • Research and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence to build your pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to engage targeted accounts and set quality meetings.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce to identify, track, and engage prospects effectively.
  • Participate in various meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls, to continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Engage in peer collaboration, sharing best practices, role-playing, and learning from "oops moments" to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain self-discipline, accountability, and reliability in all tasks and goals.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales experience; open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
  • CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for being an SDR and developing into a sales professional.
  • Persistence.
