About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Invitro Capital is a crucial role focused on driving client acquisition through proactive, face-to-face interactions. This position involves engaging potential clients directly, building relationships, and generating qualified leads for B2B solutions. The SDR will manage the entire sales cycle, collaborate with the sales team, and provide valuable market feedback to enhance strategies, all while representing the company in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by visiting potential clients on-site and presenting Invitro Capital's services.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales calls to businesses, establishing initial contact and building rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Qualify potential clients through direct engagement, identifying their needs and aligning them with our solutions to generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to setting up meetings, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to develop targeted sales strategies and crush sales objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
  • Provide field feedback to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring we stay aligned with market demands.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for door-to-door or field sales roles.
  • Proven track record in on-ground client acquisition, ideally within HR Tech or related industries.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Thrives in a hands-on, field-based role, effectively representing Invitro Capital in the marketplace.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
