Full-time - Mid Level

About the position

LibLab is an engineering company, by developers for developers. We provide a missing pillar of core internet infrastructure, and we hire people with a broad set of technical skills (and from a wide variety of backgrounds) to build that. We want people who are ready to take on some of the most challenging problems in the industry - from reliably handling millions of API requests per day, to architecting best-in-class open-source SDKs and client libraries. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a critical role in supporting the Customer team. This role involves generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, building customer relationships, and facilitating the sales process to contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who is highly motivated, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. As an SDR, you will utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. You will conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and generate leads for the sales team. Additionally, you will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales collateral, drafting proposals, scheduling demo calls, and managing follow-up activities for prospects. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication will be key to your success. You will also provide reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
