About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Dynatron Software is an entry-level role focused on lead origination, development, and transition to support the sales team. This position serves as the first step in the sales career path, allowing individuals to refine their skills and advance within the growing sales team. The SDR will engage with various lead lists generated from marketing efforts and is expected to meet daily activity goals, including making calls and sending emails.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Working closely with the sales team to nurture any potential leads opportunities.
  • Utilizing lead generation techniques through a variety of mediums such as email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Effectively collaborating with the entire Lead Generation Team and providing feedback to improve strategies and processes.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
  • Effectively communicating and presenting Dynatron solutions and our value proposition to customers.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to the Dynatron Software product offerings, staying educated on the new industry regulations, our product solution changes, innovations, and trends.
  • Achieving lead generation call goal and appointment quota.
  • Maintaining accurate and efficient data entry into CRM System.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily activity goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in using outbound sequencing software.
