About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Gloat is responsible for executing strategic outbound sales activities targeting Fortune 500 companies. This role involves collaborating closely with Account Executives to develop and implement a sales plan aimed at engaging potential clients and scheduling meetings with key contacts. The SDR will leverage various outreach methods, including phone calls and email campaigns, to qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting sales leads
  • Account and contact research
  • Collaboration with Account Executives to develop sales outreach strategy
  • Sending email sales campaigns to prospects
  • Phone outreach to executive/senior-level buyers
  • Utilizing additional social channels as needed to prospect leads
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling calls with prospective accounts
  • Working out of a CRM database
  • Maintaining a full pipeline of sales leads
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly metrics and quarterly KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of previous prospecting experience as SDR targeting Fortune 500 companies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
