About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CompleteCare Inc. is a key role focused on driving new business growth in the healthcare revenue cycle management sector. The SDR will identify and generate sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. This position requires a motivated individual who can effectively communicate the company's services and value propositions to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients in the healthcare revenue cycle management space.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle management industry, including pain points, trends, and key competitors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CompleteCare Inc.'s services and value propositions to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Qualify prospects to determine their fit based on needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
  • Manage and track leads using the CRM system, ensuring accurate information is recorded and updated.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for improving lead conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activity, lead qualification status, and key metrics.
  • Monitor and optimize sales tactics based on data-driven insights and feedback.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Share feedback from prospects to inform product development, messaging, and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, revenue cycle management, or software sales industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or health tech solutions.
