About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Balance Platforms, LLC is responsible for driving lead generation and qualification efforts, primarily targeting restoration contractors and home services providers. This role involves both outbound prospecting and managing inbound lead inquiries, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients in collaboration with the Account Management team. The SDR will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's growth objectives by maintaining target metrics and supporting clients during their initial project submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through platforms like ZoomInfo and manage inbound lead inquiries.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on restoration contractors and home services providers across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition for new clients once onboarded, with focused support during their first project submissions.
  • Maintain target metrics in call volume, new accounts signed, and meetings set, contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of BPO/outsourcing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Persistence and industry familiarity preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, RingCentral, email automation, and ZoomInfo.
