As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in influencing the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations about Scale, and setting appointments for our Client Consultants and Technical Account Managers. You will be calling Network Administrators and business leaders, sending customized emails, and creating attention-grabbing videos using Loom. We are looking for high performers who can effectively connect with business leaders across Arkansas and beyond. Notably, many of our successful SDRs did not have prior sales experience, so we welcome candidates who are eager to take on this challenge. In this role, you will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, engaging with office managers, assistants, administrators, and business owners. Your goal will be to convert these conversations into scheduled appointments with our client consultants. You will also be responsible for sending follow-up emails to coordinate with internal teams and potential clients. The Sales Development team is committed to opening doors to business leaders through creative outreach methods, including custom videos and emails. To succeed as a Sales Development Representative at Scale, you will need to create interest and intrigue through outbound calls, confidently communicate the value of our services, and be open to coaching and feedback. Resilience and grit are essential, as you will face daily challenges and rejections in sales. A strong desire to work hard and grow within the company is also crucial. We are looking for candidates who have a track record of success, enjoy fast-paced environments, and possess remarkable communication and presentation skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable continuous work experience.
  • Experience in communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage your own workflow and schedule effectively.
  • Desire to work hard and grow within the company.
  • Resilience and grit to handle daily rejections in sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with Pipedrive is a plus.
