About the position

The Wireless Sales Account Executive position at DISH offers a unique opportunity to develop sales skills and build a long-term career within a company that generates over $17 billion in revenue. This role is part of our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team, which focuses on influencing customer decision-making through a consultative sales approach. The position is entirely inbound, meaning you will engage with new and existing customers without the pressure of cold calling. You will be responsible for selling Boost Mobile products and services, leveraging our incredible 5G nationwide unlimited talk, text, and data plans. In this role, you will assess each customer's needs and present compelling offers that influence their decision-making. The ability to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals is essential. You will effectively manage your time, be open to learning new methods, and look to advance as a sales contributor. Building and maintaining customer relationships is key, as is documenting customer information accurately. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be at the forefront of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Successfully sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers using the ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making.
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value.
  • Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals.
  • Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as a sales contributor.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Document customer information including demographic, billing, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred.
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities.
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules.
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection.
