About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is essential for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base of a B2B SaaS company that specializes in property management solutions. The SDR will engage with potential clients, conduct research, and collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation strategies, all while maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting activities
  • Conduct research on potential clients in the property management and HOA sectors
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to schedule demos with Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and our product offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service (property management industry experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
