About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Practice Promotions, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by engaging with potential clients in the physical therapy and chiropractic sectors. You will be responsible for working with inbound leads, developing discovery calls, and scheduling demos with our inside sales team. Your role as the first point of contact with prospects is vital, as you will need to establish new relationships and set our Account Executives up for success. In this position, you will thrive in a target-driven environment, utilizing your strong communication skills to effectively showcase our marketing solutions. You will be expected to research leads, understand their needs, and match our offerings to their specific challenges. Your ability to connect with prospects on a human level will foster trust and lead to positive outcomes. You will handle a high volume of emails, phone calls, texts, and video conference meetings, requiring excellent time management and prioritization skills. The ideal candidate will exhibit resilience in the face of challenges, embrace feedback, and work collaboratively within the sales team. Previous experience in medical sales and a solid understanding of private practice marketing will be beneficial. Responsibilities

  • Work with inbound marketing generated leads to identify prospects and build relationships.
  • Drive discovery calls and demos of our marketing solutions.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting to hunt for new business opportunities.
  • Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize meetings booked and revenue won.
  • Manage a high volume of emails, phone calls, texts, and video conference meetings.
  • Listen to and communicate effectively with prospects to influence positive outcomes.
  • Ascertain customer wants and needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Exhibit tenacity and resilience in handling a workload that includes both successes and rejections.
  • Connect with prospects on a human level to foster trust and positive outcomes.
  • Embrace interdependence within the sales team and be receptive to coaching and feedback.

Requirements

  • Two years of B2B sales experience required.
  • General breadth of knowledge of marketing.
  • Experience in medical sales and interacting with physicians is preferred.
  • Success in cold calling and cold email campaigns is essential.
  • Ability to discern qualified leads before setting appointments with Account Executives.
  • Understanding of the cultural nuances and appropriate sales demeanor within the healthcare industry.
