As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for successfully selling DISH and Boost Mobile products and services. You will assess each customer's needs and offer tailored solutions that provide the best value. The role requires resilience and the ability to bounce back from challenges while maintaining focus on larger sales goals. Time management skills are essential, as you will need to effectively juggle multiple customer interactions while being open to learning new sales methods and advancing your career as a sales contributor. In this position, you will document customer information, including demographics and billing details, ensuring that you maintain accurate records. Providing excellent customer service is paramount; you will listen to customer feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Successfully sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value.
  • Demonstrate resilience and the ability to bounce back from challenges while maintaining focus on larger goals.
  • Effectively manage time and be open to learning new methods to advance as a sales contributor.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Document customer information including demographic and billing details.
  • Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer, and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred.
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities.
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules.
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
