The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bridgeway Partners is an entry-level role aimed at motivated individuals eager to begin their careers in sales and recruitment. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
  • Research prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the senior sales team to schedule meetings and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and keep Bridgeway Partners top-of-mind for future opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
