The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in providing customers with solutions to their business challenges while demonstrating the value of Demandforce's digital products. At Demandforce, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment within a fast-paced setting, where our team works together to enhance the efficiency of small to medium-sized businesses. As an SDR, you will closely collaborate with the Account Executive team to identify prospective clients' marketing goals, aligning them with the most suitable service levels to meet their needs. Your efforts will ensure that clients achieve their designated marketing objectives, contributing to their overall success. This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, along with paid training and a two-month commission guarantee. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portion of the sales cycle from qualifying to setting appointments.
  • Make 75+ cold calls a day to leads provided, as well as prospecting some of your own.
  • Qualify clients and handle multiple objections/rejections to reach key decision-makers.
  • Set appointments for the Account Executives who will close the deals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Go-getter attitude with a hunger for success.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Previous sales experience, even if informal.
