About the position

Bridgeway Partners is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential leads and target accounts, reaching out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Bridgeway Partners' services, and qualifying leads to set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team. In this role, you will maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system, collaborate with the Practice Partners and Associates to develop and refine outreach strategies, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meetings set. Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Bridgeway Partners' services.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Partners and Associates to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meetings set.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Commutable distance to Broadview Heights, OH (4 days in office per week).
