Our Sales team is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team. As SDR at Darrow, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving lead generation and establishing valuable connections with potential clients. You will help Darrow break into new markets and establish key partnerships with leading plaintiff's firms. At Darrow there is no one way of doing things. Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound activities to generate new sales opportunities and move prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a consistent and high-quality pipeline of leads, setting meetings with relevant prospects and paving the way for successful conversions
  • Continuously refine lead generation strategies by identifying and implementing best practices, ensuring our methodologies stay current and effective
  • Accurately log, track, and manage outbound activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce; produce regular reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • 1-2 years as a SDR with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Salesforce ninja
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, and proven ability to build and manage processes
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices
  • Research and analytical skills, and ability understand client needs
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and align efforts with business goals
  • An independent thinker with a proactive, creative, high-energy, and positive approach to your work
