This role is pivotal in helping to grow our business by researching, engaging, and driving potential leads into the sales funnel. The SDR will report directly to the Director of Business Development Representatives and will work closely with our Sales Executive teams to enhance our pipeline of business opportunities. This position is hybrid, requiring three to four days in the office each week, allowing for a blend of collaborative in-person work and remote flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high level of fluency in our product functionality, enabling you to demonstrate features and functions in an engaging manner to both technical and business audiences. You will research new and existing markets to create a robust pipeline of potential leads, understanding complex organizations and reaching out to the right contacts through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Additionally, you will book product demonstrations for our Sales Executive team and nurture relationships with potential customers, ensuring you stay up-to-date with our product offerings.
