About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Check Point Software Technologies plays a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging potential customers and guiding them through their Secure Network as a Service journey. This position involves working closely with Sales Executive teams to build a robust pipeline of business opportunities while providing support and enablement to partners. The SDR is expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate with both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Research new and existing markets to create a pipeline of potential leads
  • Engage and drive potential customers into the sales funnel
  • Book product demonstrations for the Sales Executive team
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings
  • Develop and maintain fluency in product functionality
  • Understand complex organizations and reach out to the right contacts via outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Responsible for managing own workflow and achieving targets

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • Technological mindset to engage in discussions with IT managers and senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Track record of collaboration and success in sales organizations
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create value
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity or related technology fields
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
