The Sales Development Representative Senior at Worldpay plays a crucial role in driving sales by qualifying and prospecting leads, both inbound and outbound. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to the growth of the company by generating sales opportunities and building relationships with potential customers. The role requires a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifies and prospects both inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the Sales Team
  • Generates sales leads through outbound calling, digital channels, and other lead generation programs
  • Maintains sales leads documentation
  • Develops sales strategies to draw in and solicit new potential customers
  • Creates relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • May present product information to new and prospecting clients based on their perceived needs
  • Moves solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls, as required
  • Collaborates with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Requires working knowledge of Worldpay products/services as well as general banking operations and procedures
  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand and apply learned concepts
