Sherpa Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team based in Bridgeville, PA. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales initiatives, improving processes, and driving sales growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in educating potential customers about our innovative Altitude platform, which offers robust solutions in information security, privacy, data governance, GDPR, and eDiscovery compliance. You will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and qualifying inbound leads to move them through the sales funnel. In this position, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and the CEO/President to develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan. You will have the autonomy to create and implement effective sales processes while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and pay attention to detail will be essential as you track sales activities and progress in our CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product Management to relay prospect feature requests, ensuring that our offerings align with customer needs.
