NOW CFO is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our team's growth. This on-site role, positioned uniquely between an appointment setter and a closer, focuses on generating and nurturing leads without direct closing responsibilities. However, it does involve some aspects of account management. Ideal for those skilled in balancing initial client engagement and ongoing account support, this role is perfect for individuals enthusiastic about developing inside sales strategies and motivated by the challenge of fostering client relationships and business growth. Your workweek, from Monday to Friday, will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs in financial strategy, and identifying opportunities to expand NOW CFO's influence and client base. Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $50,000 with an uncapped commission structure, along with a $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and successfully completing ramp.
