About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CrowdStrike plays a crucial role in driving new business by partnering with full-cycle sales professionals. This position focuses on mastering multithreaded prospecting strategies, including direct engagement and social selling, to book qualified meetings with C-Level decision makers. The SDR will receive extensive training in sales techniques, particularly Sandler sales methods, with the aim of evolving into a quota-carrying sales professional within 12-18 months. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance three times a week in Austin, TX, and is designed for individuals passionate about a career in software sales and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

  • Gain SaaS sales experience by working with CrowdStrike's most experienced sellers
  • Learn corporate selling strategies by running meetings with VP and C-level executives
  • Understand the cybersecurity technology landscape through industry research and competitive selling
  • Learn go-to-market strategy by collaborating with CrowdStrike partners to generate business opportunities
  • Use leading sales software tools to manage your book of business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to understand all the moving parts of an industry leader
