As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for full cycle new business acquisition by performing research, qualifying, pitching, and closing leads while driving various outbound campaigns. You will work closely with our Director of Outbound and focus on leading players in the industry. You will help to identify prospect needs and must love the thrill of the hunt, with a strong focus on business opportunities and sales. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and build awareness around new business opportunities by engaging in full cycle sales activities such as cold-calling and emailing to book meetings. You will collaborate closely with the team on strategy, communication, and pipeline updates. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in going upmarket and selling to key strategic businesses. You will also understand the mission of accessiBe and how it can play a pivotal role in your customers' accessibility and compliance. Continuous improvement of the processes, analysis, and tactics used by accessiBe SDRs will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date information in our Salesforce system.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Prior experience in at least one successful B2B SaaS sales position with a record of being a top performer on your team.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (value selling, cold calling, Customer Centric Selling, other).
  • Ability to thrive and work diligently in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
  • History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging.
  • Ambitious and result-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.
