The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in this mission by driving sales development efforts within the Video Security & Access Control division. This position is fully remote and open to candidates across the United States. As an SDR, you will report directly to the Sales Development Manager and will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and responding effectively to them, while also tracking and reporting on account activity. You will leverage your lead generation skills to identify and develop new business prospects from various sources, including prospect lists, individual research, and marketing efforts. You will be expected to qualify leads in Salesforce.com and other Avigilon lead databases, ensuring that all potential sales opportunities are explored. Additionally, you will coordinate and lead webinars in your assigned region, as directed by the Inside Sales Manager. Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives for your territory will be a key performance indicator for this role. You will also engage in both inbound and outbound calls to identify sales opportunities and will be expected to meet daily call and activity metrics. Collaboration with other sales team members will be essential to support overall company revenue targets.
