About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Whitetail and Exotics BuckTrader LLC is a full-time role focused on driving sales through outreach and relationship management in the wildlife industry. The SDR will engage with potential clients, manage deal pipelines, and ensure effective follow-up using CRM software. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about wildlife conservation and looking to contribute to a growing company specializing in premium whitetail and exotic animals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and call cold leads, engaging ranch owners and wildlife property owners across the country, specifically in Texas.
  • Manage and maintain accurate deal pipelines to track the progress of leads and sales opportunities.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs and targets for lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads using our CRM, ensuring all communications are recorded and tracked.
  • Utilize various communication platforms, including text, phone, LinkedIn, social media, and email, to reach potential clients.
  • Perform warm lead outreach to encourage sales and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
  • Assist with animal transportation as needed, coordinating logistics effectively.
  • Regularly update listings on the website to reflect current offerings, market price trends, and services.
  • Work closely with the internal team to sell products and services, assisting the manager with administrative tasks, research, and other support as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for engaging and connecting with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to track leads, manage relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • A genuine interest in wildlife, particularly in the buying and selling of premium whitetail and exotic animals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • A valid driver's license is required for necessary travel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Go High Level CRM software is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with the hoofstock industry is a plus.
