About the position

PalmTech is a leading provider of IT and Cyber Security services in South Florida, and we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us identify and cultivate relationships with businesses in Broward and Palm Beach County. The primary focus of this position will be on making outbound calls to potential clients, ensuring that our marketing data is accurate, and following up on marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to assist with various marketing activities, including attending events, business mixers, trade shows, and other in-person marketing opportunities to build rapport within the local business community. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients for business development purposes. You will identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities, present our products or services over the phone, and build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead management. Following up with leads and providing necessary information or assistance will be key to your success in this role. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives is also essential, as is maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
