The Sales Development team plays a critical role in the growth of our organization, working collaboratively with sales and marketing to nurture leads and set qualified discovery calls that ultimately lead to new business and revenue. In this role, you will be expected to build a revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers. You will research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating and executing strategic email and social campaigns. Additionally, you will perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects' business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email. Effective communication skills are essential as you will collaborate directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams. The environment is fast-paced, and you will need to take the initiative to get things done, try new approaches, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
