About the position

LTT Partners is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Bend, OR. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in driving our business technology sales and installation services. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and business development, working closely with the Sales team to identify and qualify new leads while building and maintaining relationships with prospects. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role, providing a pathway for career advancement within our organization. In this role, you will leverage your entry-level sales experience and excellent customer service skills to offer innovative business solutions that help our clients connect with the latest technology. Your primary objective will be to make cold calls throughout the day, identifying new opportunities and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and setting up appointments to address their business technology requirements across various areas, including Wireless & Mobility, Physical Security, Low Voltage Electrical, Cloud + Voice + Data, and fleet management products. You will also be tasked with organizing your daily, weekly, and monthly activities through G-Suite applications, tracking and reporting prospects in a structured 30, 60, 90-day funnel, and managing new customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify new sales leads.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team based on customer needs.
  • Understand and address business technology needs across various sectors.
  • Organize daily, weekly, and monthly activities using G-Suite applications.
  • Track and report prospects in a structured 30, 60, 90-day funnel.
  • Manage new customer relationships and ensure follow-up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) or outside sales.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to drive sales teams.
