About the position

Handyman Connection of Parker is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the growth of their home improvement business. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, managing project details, and coordinating schedules in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively while contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicated to offering a customer first mindset
  • Able to manage small business details while working independently
  • Ability to schedule projects, coordinate materials and route determination throughout the Southern Denver/ Northern Douglas County area
  • Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
  • Experience handling projects to completion

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
  • Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, etc.
  • (1+) years experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service Role preferred
  • Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HGTV
