You will manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale, while also managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new. Your role will involve searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources. You will build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates. Conducting in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office and have an involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals. Negotiating commercial terms of business and rates will be part of your daily tasks as well.
