We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can effectively communicate our vision and build rapport with customers. In this role, you will undergo a comprehensive paid training program that lasts two weeks, equipping you with the necessary knowledge about our home improvement processes and products. You will learn how to conduct interactive sales presentations that effectively convey the benefits of our services to potential clients. This position is designed to develop your negotiation and interpersonal skills, making it an excellent starting point for a rewarding career in sales. Many of our Remodeling Specialists and leaders have advanced from this role, showcasing the growth opportunities available within our organization. As a Sales Development Representative, you will not be required to engage in door knocking, as all leads will be provided by the company. Your responsibilities will include articulating Gunner's products and services to both new and existing homeowners, conducting on-site assessments, and presenting tailored solutions. You will work both independently and as part of a team, attending meetings and generating appointments while educating customers about the potential benefits of updating their homes. Managing and nurturing your sales pipeline will be essential, as will tracking data and analytics to optimize your performance.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate Gunner's products and services to new and existing homeowners.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored solutions.
  • Work efficiently as a team member and independently.
  • Attend company and team meetings.
  • Generate appointments while educating customers about home improvement options.
  • Manage, nurture, and close sales pipeline of leads at a high level.
  • Track data and analytics related to sales performance.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage personal schedule.
  • Unlimited drive to succeed and a positive attitude.
  • Charisma, sense of humor, and strong people skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
