About the position

Join Impact as a Sales Development Representative, where you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. This position is designed for motivated sales professionals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment, focusing on connecting with outbound leads and showcasing how our Managed IT and technology solutions can meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate qualified leads through the sales pipeline, connecting them with Account Managers and orchestrating introductory meetings.
  • Cultivate relationships with new prospects through strategic phone calls, targeted emails, and sales sequencing tools.
  • Achieve monthly targets by setting up 10-15 successful sales meetings each month.
  • Proactively contact 40-60 prospects per day to introduce Impact's solutions and identify key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify pain points and demonstrate how Impact's solutions can address these challenges.
  • Collaborate with decision-makers to determine budgetary constraints, project timelines, and business requirements.
  • Foster and nurture lasting prospect relationships through timely communications and consistent follow-ups.
  • Efficiently manage client data in the sales CRM system, ensuring accurate logging of interactions and scheduling follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative when necessary.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales Development roles is a plus.
