As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fibernet, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and opportunities for our sales team. This position is essential for the growth of our business, as you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and setting appointments with potential clients through various outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and committed to meeting and exceeding performance targets. You will engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads and opportunities. Researching and identifying potential clients within target industries and segments will be a key part of your role, as well as effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and qualifying them based on predefined criteria. In addition to outbound prospecting, you will be responsible for setting appointments with qualified prospects for sales meetings or product demonstrations. It is essential to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with prospects. You will also be expected to meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics, which will be tracked and reported using the SDR Tracker. This includes metrics such as hours worked per week, active campaigns, emails sent, calls made per hour worked, appointments set per week, calls per appointment set, set appointment meet rate, and appointment cost. The position offers uncapped commissions for qualifying met appointments and completed assessments, with additional incentives for exceeding performance metrics, which will be communicated and administered by sales management.
