About the position

Super Color Digital, LLC is seeking a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to join their Sales Team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This entry-level position is designed for recent college graduates or individuals looking to transition into a sales career. The SDR will play a crucial role in learning about the industry, connecting with new prospects, and setting the foundation for future career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate passion for being part of a team focused on innovation and collaboration.
  • Absorb the sales development playbook and connect with new prospects within 10 days of the start date.
  • Understand and own their vertical, becoming a trusted member of the SDR organization while collaborating with Account Executives.
  • Become proficient in using lead generation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract contacts and create targeted prospect lists.
  • Conduct account development best practices using email, phone, and social touches with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, and Hub Spot.
  • Utilize targeted questions to engage with decision-makers in marketing roles.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategic sales approaches.
  • Provide insights to marketing to ensure high conversion rates across the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related area.
  • 0-2 years in outbound-focused sales or a customer-oriented background (support, customer service).
  • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of sales or relevant experience.
  • Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or other lead generation tools is a plus but not required.
